Blue Berry Cookies recipe



Ingredients Serves 30

2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1⁄4 cup (up to 1/3) whole milk
1 tsp almond extract
2 tsp lemon zest, from about 1 lemon
1⁄2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
